Your account details are managed in your BMJ Profile.
Log in to BMJ Learning
Open the My Account menu (desktop) or the account icon (mobile)
Select Update my details
This opens My Profile in BMJ Portfolio, in a new tab
Update the relevant section:
Your details - name, email, access code, BMA number, marketing preferences
Your role - profession, role, speciality
Your appraisal - appraisal date, CPD target, Fourteenfish connection
Click Save changes
Changing the email address on your account
You can update most of your details yourself in My Profile > Update my details - your name, profession and appraisal information.
Your email address is different. Because your email is the unique login for your BMJ account and is tied to your subscription, certificates and CPD records, it can't be changed from your profile. Our support team changes it for you so nothing is lost in the process.
To change your email address:
Email support@bmj.com from the address currently on your account (this helps us verify it's you).
Tell us the new email address you'd like to use.
We'll move your account, subscription and all your CPD records across, and confirm once it's done.
If you can no longer access your old email, contact support@bmj.com from any address and include your full name and any other detail that identifies your account (for example your institution or BMA number), and we'll verify your identity another way.
