1. Log in to BMJ Learning
2. Open the My Account menu (desktop) or the account icon (mobile)
3. Select Update my details
4. This opens My Profile in BMJ Portfolio, in a new tab
5. Update the relevant section:
 - Your details - name, email, access code, BMA number, marketing preferences
 - Your role - profession, role, speciality
 - Your appraisal - appraisal date, CPD target, Fourteenfish connection
6. Click Save changes
