How to unsubscribe from your monthly subscription with BMJ Learning

To cancel your monthly subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your BMJ Learning account

  2. Go to the 'My Account' dropdown option on the top right-hand side

  3. Select 'Manage my subscription'

  4. The email address associated with your BMJ account should be pre-filled

  5. You will promptly receive an email that will allow you to login - either through a login link or a numeric code. If this email doesn't arrive, please contact Customer Support (support@bmj.com)

  6. Click 'Cancel plan' on the right-hand side

  7. Confirm that you want to cancel. Access to BMJ Learning will be available until the end of your current billing period, ie the day before your subscription would be due to renew

  8. Please give a cancellation reason - this helps us improve our product to make it more valuable to you and others

  9. Your cancellation is confirmed - you should not be charged again.
